01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the vd8com website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and vd8com. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the vd8com platform.

02 Eligibility and Age Restriction

03 Account Registration and Security

Registration Requirements

Account Closure

Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to the standard KYC requirements. vd8com reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, particularly where the account is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

vd8com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. vd8com reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Deposit Terms

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit defined in these terms, however individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your vd8com account balance in real time for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card deposits may be subject to a short processing window depending on your card issuer.

All funds deposited to vd8com must come from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts held in the name of another person — are strictly prohibited. vd8com may request verification that a deposit payment method belongs to the registered account holder before processing withdrawal requests.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the vd8com finance team and, once approved, are typically processed to mobile banking wallets within two minutes. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take longer depending on card network processing times.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the account must have passed all applicable KYC verification requirements. vd8com reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where the source of funds requires verification for compliance purposes. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a successful deposit on the same account.

Failed and Disputed Transactions

If a deposit fails to credit to your vd8com account after a successful deduction from your payment method, please contact the support team immediately with the transaction reference number. vd8com will investigate within 24 hours and, where the funds are confirmed as received by vd8com, will credit the balance manually. Disputes regarding transactions must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.

05 Bonus and Promotional Terms

General Bonus Conditions

vd8com offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general bonus conditions.

Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse a bonus — including through coordinated betting, use of duplicate accounts, or strategies designed to achieve a guaranteed profit regardless of outcome — constitutes bonus abuse. vd8com reserves the right to forfeit any bonus, associated winnings, or real-money balance where abuse is identified.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated on the promotion detail page. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager the value of the bonus thirty times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.

Different game types contribute at different rates toward meeting the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute at 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10-20%). Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated within the stated claim window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire and be removed from the account automatically. 06 Game Rules and Fair Play

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vd8com. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any communication with vd8com; impersonating another person; or using a stolen or unauthorised payment method.
• Money laundering: Using vd8com for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. All transactions on vd8com are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market, including through the sharing of information about live game states or insider sporting information.
